THIS BRAND DOESN'T WORK

The description says it's compatible with my HP OfficeJet 5255 but it DOESN'T WORK. To make matters worse, I just ran out of an HP cartridge today and was trying to install a new green box when I found out it wasn't working. I tried to return it but found that the return period was 4 days ago. Terrible customer service. Now I've run out of money I paid for this absurd product and I have to look for a new 63XL cartridge.
