The color ink did not work with my printer even though I followed all the printer's instructions to fix the problem. Luckily I used a different color toner and it worked great. This color toner gets less than 1 star because it's a waste of money. :(

Just take this Green Box Black 63xl cartridge right out of the box and it's NOT COMPLETE. I bought XL! Dissatisfied. (The color side is a new recycled Staples Tru Red ink cartridge, which I also just installed at the same time.)

As if the ink wasn't expensive anymore I opened a new cartridge, put it in my printer and it says there is no ink in this cartridge. I am extremely disappointed. I need ink and can't afford to spend that much money to keep it from working!

They are cheaper than manufacturer cartridges and work just as well. Basically, I print out work orders to throw away after use. But they do a good job that I can sometimes use for high quality prints.

Excellent print quality. Slightly cheaper but not much difference in brand name price. Recycled or regular ink is difficult, I had some damage. I have a new printer, so I often check it for leaks and electronics problems. So far, so good.

The description says it's compatible with my HP OfficeJet 5255 but it DOESN'T WORK. To make matters worse, I just ran out of an HP cartridge today and was trying to install a new green box when I found out it wasn't working. I tried to return it but found that the return period was 4 days ago. Terrible customer service. Now I've run out of money I paid for this absurd product and I have to look for a new 63XL cartridge.
