Review on Weaver Pet Lone Star Legend Collar: Quality Craftsmanship and Style by Jennifer Tillman

The following is an excerpt of an inquiry I submitted through the company's website. A few years ago I bought a Texas Star collar and leash for my dog. This week I bought another collar (from Revain) of the same model. (corresponds to the current image in your directory). The quality is so bad I thought it might be fake. (but again corresponds to the description in the catalogue). Added stitching on very low quality leather. The hardware is covered in a cheap gold-colored coating that feels light (like cast). Even the Texas Stars are junk while the old ones were high quality and very detailed. I hope you will tell me that the quality has not changed and that I bought a fake. But I'm afraid the first is true.
