Wanted to add color to my black ASUS motherboard and nice fans. All the programs I've run so far are really quiet as I can't hear the silent fans. The fan power supply plugs into the first fan connector on my case, and the lighting adapter cable plugs into one of the second generation connectors. I use the CPU temperature setting, but later I can switch to one of the many great color swatches if my rig stays cool. I wanted maglev fans, but a 3-pack costs more than my damn motherboard. I'm glad I chose the CF 120S for now. I highly recommend this product.
