The ability to send automatic emails, as well as reminders in case of overdue invoices or payments is very useful for my business! I have no complaints about this software yet; it works great with our accounting system which helps us keep track easily without any problems at all so far (it also syncs automatically). You can use multiple email providers like Gmail/Yahoo mail etc., but we prefer using Outlook because that's what most people are familiarized too - easier access from mobile devices such as smartphones / tablets makes things even better :) Highly recommended!!
