I bought this for two reasons. First, every time I used my reusable K mug, I had to clean it. Since we have a septic tank, I'm very careful not to let the soil go down the drain. This made it a hassle to clean with just a rag over the bin. Second, I've often added ground coffee to my coffee. I first bought the filters without a 'lid' and although they took care of the cleaning issues there was still some grounds in my coffee. However, they have completely eliminated both problems. I only gave 4 to 5 stars because they are quite expensive, although they are lower at Revain than some other places. I drink a lot of coffee and worry a lot! It would be nice if buying larger packs reduced the price a bit, but they are the same whether you buy a pack of 2 or 5.
