Great customer service / but poor size chart

Great customer service when I had an issue! Well, anyone thinking about ordering, let me warn you. I'm a small size so I ordered medium for my 6 lb Chihuahua mix. It didn't suit him. It was still too little. This company needs time to change their size chart and simplify the definition! I'm afraid to buy big ones. And when I read the reviews where someone says it fits, they took the time to measure their neck and chest. I didn't guess! Be very careful with the size you order for your dog so you don't get very unhappy because it also takes a long time to get to you!
