Review on ๐Ÿ”ช High-Quality Rada Cutlery Heavy Duty Paring Knife - Stainless Steel Blade, 7-1/8 Inches, with Black Resin Handle by Ryan Fuhrer

A successful combination of excellent design, high quality materials and low costs!

I bought a pair of "RADA Heavy Duty Paring Knives with Black Resin Handle" in November 2016, used them in the kitchen almost every day and was so impressed with how good they are. made and versatile that I later bought more RADA products. Remember that I have other paring knives in my kitchen, such as B. the Dexter (made in the USA) and Victorinox (made in Switzerland) paring knives, which are very well made and very comfortable to use, but narrower in their design and/or intended for use. However, I automatically reach for RADA knives when I need a paring knife. One of the reasons I prefer this particular paring knife is the handle - I'm just over 6ft 2" tall and use L or XL gloves depending on the brand. The HANDLE of this knife feels "just right" in my hands. Additionally, the blade is shiny surgical steel, which holds a sharp edge well, has a modified American "clip point" (rather than a spear point) as I would call it, and is easy to trim. Have sharpening ready with a RADA sharpener. The blade also flexes a bit, just enough but not too much. If I had to venture a guess I would say that this knife is the end result of a long process of refinement and when the good folks at RADA, finally found a middle ground and got it right, they stopped messing with it! Single Purpose Pair Knife This pair knife can serve multiple functions or tasks, one of which is that I can use it as a steak knife, for example in a casual informal setting at home. Whenever I need a no frills, always sharp, very precise and controllable short blade with a comfortable and secure grip, I use it. I have four of these in my knife block and two new ones in reserve. This product is truly excellent AND IT IS MADE IN AMERICA. That's all. Thank you all and God bless.
