Customer Service - Computer Components

The included 32GB SD card cannot be read by my Raspberry Pi or my laptop. Upon insertion, the laptop displays "Please insert disc into drive". Useless. Now I need another SD card. Update: A new SD card has been sent. Now everything is in order.
