I was initially very impressed with this charger for its ease of use and motorized phone holder mechanism. The ball joint on the back of the device broke, rendering it unusable. I didn't abuse or harm it - it happened just trying to adjust the angle of the charger. This company cannot be found online. m and is basically a temporary subsidiary of a larger Chinese electronics company. They don't have a website or a phone number, so there's no way to get a refund after the Amazon return window. I would look for something else from a company that can be blamed for the poor quality.
