Review on Philips Sonicare ProResults Replacement HX9023 by Jennifer Mulder

I bought them back in March 2018 because I knew I needed new ones. I haven't changed my clothes until tonight. The box says '3 pack' on the outside but after cutting one side of the box with scissors I only found 2. I know I didn't take any out. beautiful. Well when I printed it out I thought it would be better to double check and no - the plastic is intact, except for the side I just cut there are no other holes. So no - I only have 2 heads, not 3. Two that stick out in a molded piece of plastic at the end, only for 2. As the package was about 2 1/2 times the length of the heads I guess I figured the rest would be inside under the package and didn't bother to check. no I believe mine was packaged somewhere between a 2 pack and the start of a 3 pack and they put the correct box with the 3 pack listed but with the wrong contents. >> Open your package as soon as you receive it! <<Update. Sonicare seems to have great customer service. Shortly after posting 1 star, I went to the Philips Sonicare website and opened a chat session. After sharing my story and the serial number of my Sonicare toothbrush (I think to prove I have one) they sent me 3 packs of replacement brushes for free. So I increased 4 stars from 1. It will be a while before I go through the 2 above and try the new ones but as they come straight from Philips they sure are great.
