Based on positive reviews I bought this toner cartridge to replace my new printer. A few months later (after the return window of course) I installed a Viclabs toner cartridge and it has worked great for several months. Then last week when my wife wanted to print mailing labels for Christmas cards, they didn't print. I went to the Centreware Internet Service provided by Xerox and got error 09-800 which means the toner cartridge is not working. incompatible. I've tried everything I could find online and none of it worked. So I reinstalled a genuine Xerox brand cartridge to see if it worked and the printer recognized it on the first try. So it's obviously not the printer, it's the cartridge. Luckily there was still enough toner in the old original toner cartridge to print address labels in time for shipping before Christmas. I want to know how to contact us. Viclabs, or ask them to contact me about this as I don't understand why it worked for a while and then wasn't recognized.
