Review on πŸŽ’ 30L IDRYBAG Waterproof Dry Bag Backpack for Water Sports, Floating Marine Waterproof Backpack Dry Bag by Jerry Amos

Best waterproof backpack I've found

I live on a boat and have a lot of waterproof bags. To be honest most of them are pretty good! To be fair, most of my waterproof bags (including this one) haven't been jettisoned or fully submerged so the fire (er, water?) test has yet to be done. However, judging by the other waterproof backpacks I own - which I bought because I really liked them - this one has a few more details that put it at the top of the pack (see what I did there ?). Not to be underestimated: It doesn't smell! Some waterproof bags have a plastic/chemical smell that will permeate whatever you put in them, but this one has no smell. The bag is also relatively easy to open to access its contents. It's often easy to get lost in the "I need to make sure this is airtight so water doesn't get in" mentality that outweighs the need to access the contents. I have bags that close like a drum, but it seems like it takes me five minutes to get to my wallet or sunglass case or whatever. This bag makes it easy to access my belongings despite being closed very tightly. I love that this bag can be attached to a suitcase on wheels. Genius! Thanks very much! My 14-inch laptop also fits in easily and is stowed separately in the bag. Like all bags of this size, it fits a lot of things. A LOT OF. If I jump off the boat and take the boat to the mainland, I cannot/can't run back to the boat unless I can 100% avoid it, so it's important I have a big enough bag with me and a few extra ones Shoes (not bulky like sneakers but more durable than flip flops), a microfiber towel, a wallet, a small makeup/hairbrush case, a cell phone, headphones, usually my 14" laptop, chargers and cables for computer, external Replacement phone charger. and a computer, sunglasses, long sleeve shirt/top to avoid the air conditioner freezing in many restaurants and the bag is still NOT full. The small waterproof 2L bag comes in handy as a mini purse when I don't want to carry a big backpack; and it's also perfect for carrying my phone, credit card and keys when I'm walking on the beach so I don't have to worry about a rogue wave ruining those things.
