The most striking thing about this product is that it does all you want from an agentless solution, without compromising on its price tag. It has very good performance, which makes sense when considering how expensive it is compared with other products of similar nature. Sometimes I am still disappointed by some features that don't seem like they'd be easy enough to implement (but maybe I'm just being picky). As long as there are no major issues, I recommend Cognigy's Chatbot service. We had been working on creating our own bot but realized we were spending too much time doing so. Cognigy delivered exactly what we needed and helped save us thousands of dollars.
