Originally sold as a "credit card sized" disc. This is just the size of a credit card in two directions. It doesn't fit in my wallet's credit card slot, it's way too thick (add four credit cards and you've got it). too hard unless you have tiny tiny fingers to pull the cards back out (I have big hands). I ended up tossing the SD card a few feet as I hit the positive lock by pulling the card out, but since I'm only holding the tiniest bit of the card, I can't hold on to it once it's released. I had to carry around special tweezers or something to constantly take out the cards. Maybe they could make the positive lock spring loaded with some kind of recessed knob so I can "unlock" the cards and pull them out easily. Smaller SDXC cards are actually easier to manufacture than larger SD cards. I'll put them in a heap in case I find a use for them, but at this point I wouldn't risk using them in the field. . If it would actually fit in my wallet's credit card slot that would be one thing, but other than my waterproof card case (which is just over twice the thickness, or about eight credit cards) being just as handy as this one holds 16 cards (8x8) and I've never had a problem removing cards.
