As much work as what you are already doing
My blinds are dirty not dusty. Since I live on a busy street with open windows, my blinds get very dirty. Microfiber is not so good. Wiping down the blinds with a cleaner proved to be just as much of a hassle as simply wiping them down with a damp paper towel. I usually just pick them up and pour them in the tub. I thought they would work on false shutter doors (no movement on the shutters) but they didn't fit the slots.
