I DON'T WANT ANY MONEY! I have owned this item since 6/2/21 and today 7/10/21 it stopped working. I followed the troubleshooting instructions but couldn't get it to work again. The return date has passed and now I'm stuck with this night light which wasn't what I needed. When it worked, a very narrow stream of moisture came out of a small hole in the lid. Not enough for MB, maybe for a smaller room/office. It came with two white straw filters. After three consecutive nights, the filter looked rusty. I flipped it to the other side and the same thing happened. I put in the extra filter that came with the kit and got the same result. I'm not sure why it started, but I think it's probably because of the metal spring that's at the bottom of the filter holder. Every night I rinsed it, filled it with water and wet the filter thoroughly. The written instructions were in Chinese, so I followed the example with pictures. In summary, I am very disappointed with this product.
