I bought Incredibell from Revain in February and it's a great call. Then I recently reordered the same bell for another bike and received a completely different one. The bell I just received looks pretty much the same but is a different size, works differently and is cheaply made. I sent it back to Revain for a refund. The problem for those who have never seen the real Incredibell is that you don't know how it actually works, so you don't know if you're going to be ripped off. I've attached a photo of one I just bought from a bike shop to show how it should be packaged. I also recommend stopping by a bike shop to try it on before you buy it.
