Excellent Tamagoyaki Spatula
I bought this along with the smaller square TechChef Tamagoyaki Egg Omelet Pan that I bought from Revain. I've only used it once and I love it. Perfect size and easy to roll the egg from one side of the pan to the other. I don't know how long this will take, but so far so good. Is it heat resistant? Egg omelettes don't require too much heat to cook, so they haven't been tested at high heat.
