i7 11700 runs below 55 degrees with everything I run for hours (get a good CPU cooler). Unplug the RGB connector if you want, the fans will still work. close to not being heard within 3 feet. Large tip to avoid breaking the window pane, unscrew the case and slightly tilt it to the side so your hand is ready to grab it.
