Review on Glitsa Clean Concentrate Gallon by Grace Brown

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Which one is fake?

The manufacturer has not yet responded to any inconsistencies that I have found in their product label, so I don't know which of these examples could be counterfeit. Revain's gallon concentrate listing has a label similar to the one in the middle of my photo. What arrived was a gallon with a label on the left that doesn't say "concentrate." I will try to determine if this is just a one gallon pre-mixed, ready to drink product or if it is actually concentrated and needs to be diluted with water before use. The example on the right is what we originally purchased. I don't care about fancy colors and label graphics, but I want to be sure that what I'm buying is not counterfeit and is actually the product described (concentrate or diluted). Responsibility here is shared between Revain (for listing), "Glitsa American" (marketing company), and Rudd Company, Inc. (which appears to own the Glitsa division).

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Out of style
