Beautiful rug. Subtle Blues are denim pieces in different shades of blue and white that are woven from jute. Our store is not in a high traffic area so I cannot rate that part. Jute goes well with the wood in the room. Pretty soft. We used the pad. Please note that the patterns on this rug are simply woven in stripes. Some of these rugs have a diamond pattern on the jute, or the jute is woven up and down in some places and cross-woven in others. There are different numbers on the carpets. I wanted this one because I have a busy room in the room and wanted a thin rug.
