Easy way communicate between all users

I like that it's easy for me to get in there when I need to work and have an open minded group of people willing to share their thoughts. There are some problems with the software but nothing too big or major as far as my experience goes. The biggest problem we've had so far has been getting new members into the community. We're trying to build this platform where anyone who wants can be able to use our services for free.

This helps us connect more people together and help them think outside the box when they feel stuck or unable to come up with something creative.

Pros

It allows users from all around different backgrounds, ages etc
Easy interface
Great way if thinking out loud without much effort.
Can communicate easily through text message via phone call app (like Google hangouts)
Offers multiple types/sizes which is great! A large selection gives you many options within design choices
