These are the perfect water glasses and I am so glad I found them. My friend also mentioned how much she likes them. What's so great? You look good. Simple but idiosyncratic. They're big - I think a real 16 ounces, maybe 20, so they hold a lot of water or something. Due to the wide base, it is very stable, for example on the armrest of my sofa. Its wide base facilitates cleaning. My hand struggles to reach the bottom of even ordinary liter jars. Because they're smaller and wider, they wash well, even if something dries with a crust on the edge. They fold up nicely and fit in my 3 tall cabinet as they are shorter. It's a very thin glass, comfortable to use yet surprisingly strong. I've broken one so far, but I dropped it right onto the sharp edge of the pan while I was washing it. The only bad thing I can say about these glasses is that they broke into very small and very sharp pieces compared to other glasses I have broken. So if you break one, cleaning is a little worse than, say, a pint glass. But like I said, they're pretty durable, so I'm not worried about that. They're also insanely cheap, I think I paid about $1 for a glass. This is the perfect water glass I was looking for. I've only been using half a box so far, but I might buy another to stock up if they ever get discontinued.
