Too bad great product except for the smell

Its installation is very simple and allows installation on drywall, wood or masonry. The heat dissipation is good. The surface finish is unusual, it looks a bit polished, but is surprisingly easy to clean. But the smell is so terrible that we cannot use it. It fills the room with that chemical smell that overpowers everything else we've brought back. Please fix this issue.
