While the Quest 2 may be one of the best VR headsets ever made, it's hard to ignore how uncomfortable the original flimsy elasticated headband was. This is one of the best must-have upgrades you can get for your Quest 2, and here are a few reasons why: A more balanced and comfortable fit As a wearer of glasses, I often have comfort issues. With this headband I can adjust it perfectly at any time. The weight is distributed more evenly and I can easily wear it for hours. It uses a thick layer of foam on the back and the dial is very easy to wrap your fingers when it's upside down. Durable Quality First, I tried Oculus' Elite Strap. It's the same idea, but lower quality in every way. The plastic was brittle and cracked. They even stopped selling due to these quality issues so I couldn't even find a replacement. I often carry a battery pack in my pocket with a long cord that goes to the headset. Mounting the battery on the headset is a very good idea. As a side benefit, it also acts as a counterweight to the heavy front headset for a more even weight.
