My husband has Alzheimer's and this makes bathing a lot easier. I've tried different sponges etc but with a long handle I don't have to bend down as much. I can put a few drops of soap on him and it will be much easier for me to wash his back and other parts of his body. I'll see where I can get replacement brushes in the future.
