Product is ok but not as strong as others. I like the overall design for the convenience it offers, but since everything is plastic it can only be so durable. The non-slip grip is not as strong/non-slip as others. It has subtle bumps and deeper crosshair patterns that seem to offer better grip. The overall thickness is thinner than other cases I've had. I also suspect that since I have a Galaxy 10 with a rounded screen, the case doesn't fit as snugly around the phone. Because the case is a bit thinner, the edge of the case can get caught and break more easily. Mine is broken on the front left although I have no idea what I connected it to. I'm guessing clothes. I like the built in slider, but the little pieces of plastic that hold it in place as it slides up and down are so small they can easily break. Mine lasted about 3 months. The small metal bar for the holster's belt clip also tends to pop out all the time. I lost mine a while ago. If you take care of your business, this shop is worth the money. If you're a little rough, you might need a more durable case. There's a guarantee on it. I just submitted one. Let's see how easy this process will be.
