My new "project boat” had back to back seating on the drivers side. It sat low and was not adjustable. I prefer to stand or sit high when boating, especially at high speeds or when towing wakeboarders. I bought this seat and an adjustable pedestal and now the boat is perfect. The seat was better than I expected. I had my concerns because of the reasonable price and being made in China. The flip up lower cushion provides more room to stand and drive or the ability to sit higher for better visibility. Definitely going to buy more when I get another project boat that needs seats.
