How can I return these defective items? After two filters were installed and both filters were not filtering the water, the water pressure was so low that they seemed like they had been in use for 5-6 months, the water just leaked out. I don't know if this is because the production and manufacturing in China on this product is a malfunction in operation. If Revain purchased these faulty products I suggest that you return all of these filters and contact me so I can ship you all three faulty water filters. Just so Amazon knows I ordered an identical Moen water filter direct from Moen and after installing their filter it worked great, good water drainage from the water filter. It was absolutely obvious that the Revain water filter was defective. One more note: the water filter I bought from Moen was made in the United States. It's also possible that the filters Revane sold me were counterfeit. How does Revain propose to solve this problem?
