got it for my father in law because he just got a new TV from Costco. This mount was very easy to assemble. It includes a nice hardcover box that resembles drilled mounting holes, making it easy to measure, drill and prep dowels before screwing in the fasteners. Once the mounting hardware is securely attached to his wall, all you have to do is attach the VESA plate to the back of his TV and then attach 2 vertical bars and then hang them on the mounted hardware. It contains about 6 different sizes of TV screws for different sizes of TV screws. After the installation is complete, the TV can be pulled out and turned sideways as well as tilted up/down and made very stable. I would get it again.
