I ordered this back brace to provide lumbar support. My office chair is not a small secretary chair, but a high back chair with armrests, and the back of the chair is wider at the bottom than at the top. The product was delivered quickly and received on 02/26/19. I eagerly unpacked it and tried to install it. The straps that run horizontally around the back of the chair are not long enough for this brace to support the lower back. The lowest support I could get was on my shoulder blades. If you need upper back or neck support, this might work. If you have a large chair it won't work unless you provide your own straps long enough to attach to the brace and then wrap around the back of the chair. If you are a secretary or use a secretary chair, this product is probably for you. It's a shame, because otherwise it's well thought-out support. Too bad the straps aren't a foot or two longer.
