This vacuum cleaner robot is amazing! We bought this as a gift for my wife (I know, I know, but she insisted) and she wakes up every time this thing works. We have two dogs and two small children. As a result, she vacuumed almost every day, which was time-consuming and difficult to juggle with two toddlers. Now this little vacuum cleaner runs around the house every other night and only has to empty the bin for 30 seconds the next day. It's quiet enough to walk around while the kids sleep upstairs and does the job perfectly! It gets where our normal vacuum cleaner would never go. Places that, for the first time, made us cringe in fear of what he might find. We monitor and pick up items on the floors so it doesn't freeze. We also mostly have uncarpeted floors and thin carpets, so we can't comment on thicker carpets. However, he seems to be taking care of himself very well. We have several transitions between floating floors and linoleum floors and there are no problems. He only got stuck twice (once a chord and the other time he actually managed to get into the dog mat before his front wheel couldn't come off) and I would say the situations were relatable. A great phone app for sharing rooms and setting restricted areas and schedules easily. I highly recommend this to everyone! For the Dyson price, you get a vacuum that does all the work for you!
