Great product. What I love most about this bowl is that it's light enough to easily weigh on a kitchen scale, allowing me to add ingredients right into this mixing bowl. My old glass bowls were too heavy to be exact. Also, I can now easily lift the bread dough bowl with one hand and scoop the dough onto the kneading surface with the other hand. I also like the reassurance that it's food safe: I use it for overnight appetizers. The size is just what I need so I can easily mix up the batches I usually use for baking and great for popcorn too!
