I like the fact that we can use the same software for our different business units. We have been able to integrate with other systems such as Salesforce. The system is very user friendly. There are some features that could be improved. For example, it would be nice if you could see what type of data is being sent from one application to another so that you know what will be imported and what won't. This has helped us to eliminate unnecessary data transfers. It also helps when there is an issue with a file or document that needs to be transferred.
