This thermometer is a turning point in the kitchen and in the barbecue. I was looking for a much more expensive thermometer but after reading a few reviews of this Inkbird thermometer I'm glad I went for it. Pros: - Easy to use (intuitive) - Fast response (2-3 seconds) Waterproof. Cons: - If you're not careful, you can accidentally hit the hold button when you didn't mean to. - A bit big (not necessarily a minus for me, but I originally expected something smaller). If you need a new instant read thermometer this is a fantastic choice.
