Received this Cooking Light Fluted on Friday 8th January. When the pan arrived I had all the ingredients for the cake. I washed the pan, mixed everything, according to the manufacturer's instructions. I didn't use baking spray. I put the cake batter in a dry pan. I was so excited that the cake slid right out of the pan when it got cold. My cake was perfect. Cleaning was easy as nothing stuck to it. Today's dessert is an upside down pineapple cake. I'll report how it went. I've been baking for 40 years and this has to be the best pan I've ever eaten. The pineapple upside down cake turned out beautifully. I was so amazed at how well the pan baked and washed that I forgot to tell you how beautifully packaged it was. It arrived with no scratches or dents, packaged very securely. I have to order more!
