Not recommended for dogs that jump or chase things
Do not recommend this long leash for reactive dogs, dogs that chase things or dogs that can pull or jump. The rope is strong. Hardware NOT. The metal clip failed and broke while walking - The clip section completely detached from the rotating part (after about 4-6 months of use a few times a week). Our experience shows that metallic components cannot withstand any stress. For long lines and recall work we will try to use a snap hook instead. (Pricey, but worth the security.)
