We ordered this gymnastics bar to go with another gymnastics bar that we have. This bar turned out to be much nicer and easier to set up than our old bar. Looking at the pieces, it was quite easy to figure out how to assemble without the instructions, but the instructions were very clear to understand.The bar is adjustable and has notches and buttons in the side bars to securely lock the top bar into place. The gymnastics bar was strong enough to hold our 100lb child without straining the bar. The bar also folds up easily for storage.We highly recommend this gymnastics bar. Assembly was easy and the bar is very study.
