The support team is very knowledgeable about their product which helps me to feel more comfortable when I am having questions or issues with my account! They are always willing & able to help if you need them for anything!! Nothing really - we have been using this software since it was first launched so not much has changed but they do continue updating features as needed/requested by customers. It's great that there isn't too many bugs being reported anymore because of newer updates from gateway technical services. We use gateways tech service primarily due to its reliability over other competitors out here at work. This allows us to be sure our clients data can remain secure without worry throughout all platforms used online across multiple devices such as computers laptops tablets etc..
