Easy-to-use platform - Great Customer Support
It's easy to use, the customer support is awesome, it's intuitive, and it works! I like that I can easily send my patients to the right care team and get them what they need. I don't like that I can't assign medication to a specific provider. I would like to be able to do that, but I don't have access to that feature. It's great that I don't have to write discharge information by hand anymore. It's very easy to use and gets the job done. I like how easy it was to get started with just one page training guide! It also allows for very quick access while traveling as well which can be helpful when you are away from your desktop computer or home office setup/laptop if needed (such an issue). There isn't much i dislike about rakdal but sometimes there could have been more options available during certain tasks such us creating prescriptions etc.. However overall its great so far!!
- The ease at navigating through screens using tab buttons located along top portion side bar menu tabs instead needing arrow keys within browser window itself especially in mobile apps making navigation simple enough yet still providing full control over each task performed without any restrictions whatsoever; all user accounts having complete autonomy upon being assigned unique login credentials via email sent out prior initial program launch regardless whether account has previously existed before now new
- Almost everything is ok
