Review on Fortessa Bistro Stainless Steel Flatware: 9-Inch Serving Fork For Elegant Dining by Andrew Carrao

This is some super shiny silverware! I thought for sure there'd be issues with water spots or fingerprints, but that hasn't been the case at all. These pieces have a wonderful weight to them, heavier than my current full set but not obnoxiously so, just right! The length lends a nice balance in the hand too.I love how easy it is to stab my salad with the forks! I hadn't even realized by current set was so blunt until I tried this one.The only downside, I don't like the mark/stamp (not sure what to call it) that is on the front, off center, of each piece.at first glance I assumed it was a flaw.but nope, just how it is.
