UPDATE*** Okay I'm adding two stars as I didn't tighten all the levers as instructed. Installed, looks very good. Hopefully now that the levers are in place they stay tight and I can't get to the nuts. The instructions need to be updated or a better way to tighten the brackets needs to be developed. *** It is very strange that all the great reviews are only for the pendant light but appear under the satellite chandelier. It's about the satellite. Chandelier. Items appear to be very good but arrived in open hands condition and boxed one way. I understand they did it for the packaging, but it's very difficult to tighten your hands. I've cut myself twice already and I've only done half of them. At the moment, I'm considering returning to Revain rather than continuing, although I'd like to move on from that project. You'll have to twist your hands clockwise over each other while holding the nut in place with the little tool they provide. I'm not sure what the difference in shipping would be in a slightly larger, fully assembled box, but for the price I think it wouldn't be a problem. Very disappointed, they expect the customer to do it. I didn't see it anywhere on the site either, so I figured it was ready to install. Find another brand they will send a fully assembled product to. It's not worth your time and blood. The edges are sharp so you could cut yourself if you press down on the tool while turning the handles. Be careful.
