The jumpsuit is very cute and easy to put on. My kittens are 10 months old and weigh 8-9 pounds. I got the large based on the reviews, but it was a bit too big. Enough for one of them to get out of it. Unfortunately I couldn't use it on the other cat because her wound opened and we had to keep checking the cut. I think the jumpsuit is a great alternative to the cone. You can eat and move normally after a short adjustment period. The fabric is very soft and has a cute print. They felt very well made. Lightweight and breathable, prevents them from licking the incision/sutures/surgical glue. The regular cone is too big, gets dirty when they eat and use the litter box, so you have to clean it constantly. Try these. I think they are the best option.
