The integration of all our accounts is great! Reporting has gotten easier as well - they are constantly improving their product so it's very easy to use now!! They have continued support throughout my entire time using them; when I had questions or needed some help there was always someone available who could answer any question that arose from this platform (and if not then immediately contacted me). Nothing specific except general ease-of-use. It took us about 2 weeks but we're used to how things work around here by now :) If you've never done anything like this before than at first may take longer since everything might look different in comparison to what you know already though once those initial steps outta way its pretty smooth sailing. We were able to streamline data collection across multiple departments within an organization & also make sure everyone knew where other members' information layed which helped alleviate confusion.
