My desktop computer has an AS Rock Fatal1ty B250M motherboard, an Intel i5 processor and 16GB of memory. Added 16GB of Klevv KD48GU880-32A160X memory to bring the total to 32GB in hopes that the extra memory would speed up my computer. Also, I liked the crystal diffuser that comes with the Klevv memory. Although my motherboard is just over a year old, it's an older chipset, bought to replace a broken ex motherboard that wasn't rated for high performance. - Speed Klevv Kras memory. Despite this shortcoming, the new memory chips worked perfectly. To check compatibility, I first removed the old memory chips and inserted the Klevv memory chips into the main memory slots. The computer started normally, as if the chips were designed for it. The Klevv Cras chips are rated at 3200MHz, but according to my BIOS the chip clock was 2400MHz. After checking my motherboard's specs, I found that 2400MHz is the maximum memory frequency it can support, so the Klevv memory chips were choked out again. This speed was further reduced to 2133MHz when I installed my old memory chips on the motherboard. The maximum speed of these DDR4 memory chips is 2133 MHz, indicating that the BIOS has reduced the speed to the maximum that the entire system, motherboard and its slowest memory chips can handle. In the past, when you added memory to a computer, it ran faster. This didn't happen when I had all four memory chips, the klevv chips and my old memory chips. I ran the PassMark computer performance test with only Klevv memory installed, and then with all four memory chips installed. With the Klevv memory chips alone, I got an overall PassMark score of 4072.6, and with all four chips installed, I got a 4087.9. In fact, the added memory did not affect the computer's performance. No doubt I would see a significant difference in an updated motherboard that can handle Klevv memory speeds and where all four memory chips are Klevv memory. Since adding my old chips to the motherboard had no effect on performance, I removed the old chips, which put less stress on my desktop motherboard and made the computer cooler. Cras memory chips light show. The backlight is stretched across the top of the memory chips and sweeps the RGB color spectrum at a moderate rate. It looks great and my computer looks newer than it actually is. The Klevv Cras memory chips are embedded between aluminum sidewalls. The aluminum sandwich acts as a heatsink to dissipate heat from the memory chip. I can't overclock my computer due to the limitations of my computer, but for those who do, the design of the Klevv memory chip allows for high-speed overclocking. The KLEVV CRAS X RGB is an affordable, high-speed memory that offers good performance and a stunning RGB light show that any computer builder who loves psychedelics will love. I am pleased!
