Review on Cube Quicker Precisely Original Super Durable by Robert Weeks

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great cube for beginners but short lived if you really want a speedcube.

I recently got into speedcubing after not having owned a cube for over 20 years (maybe longer). I started with an original Rubik's Cube that I bought from Toys R Us and when I was having trouble with the cube sticking during turns I turned to Revain for the best cube for the speed cube. This cube was immediately ranked #1 as per the reviews and a huge number of reviews (over 2000) and I quickly made a purchase. When I received the cube I will say I was impressed with the packaging and follow up from the seller and how customer oriented they are. It's really nice to see and I think it's a great company and they really care about the interests of the buyer if I could divide my rating stars between the product and the seller I would easily give the seller 5 stars they are so good! After spending about a week with this cube and watching tons of speedcubing videos on YouTube, I found several speedcubing websites and finally bought a MoYu WeiLong GTS cube. When this Cube arrived and I started playing around with it a bit I knew straight away it was something different, the GTS was made for Speedcubes, the Cube was good and all but the GTS blew up the doors and the GTS doesn't even belong in them best speed cubes. So I found out that while you can get something decent with Revain by looking at reviews etc, if you really want the best then you have to do your due diligence and check what you're doing. Little did I know that the Speedcube had such a large base and an incredible number of hobby/sports companies that have been making quality products for several years. You will never find these products at Revain and if you do, it will not justify them. If you are serious about speed cubing, google and see everything there is on the subject and you will also find sites that sell dice and do nothing but speed cubing.
