The stuff keeps what it promises. He thinks and stubbornly clings to the rust. It doesn't stick as well to anything that isn't rusty. You can apply it to a wet surface or dilute it with water, but I would advise against it. When it gets wet it becomes quite runny and drips a lot. It is easily washed off the skin but does not come off clothing. Dress according to the circumstance. Wear safety goggles, but you don't need a fan. There isn't much gas. It is recommended to apply two coats and you can get two coats per gallon on a full size truck frame.
