I just hope it's reliable but for all the essential features you get from a very expensive big brand this one doesn't get any better. All other positive reviews of this GPS navigator are correct, plus maybe a few more. This is a very wonderful and useful device that you can buy for $70. All it takes is the enthusiasm to know the features well. Maybe an hour or two of skill and fun. The photo shows how I changed the GPS mounts with a cell phone mount. Luckily I already have a phone holder with the exact same clamping mechanism and was able to mount this GPS in my cup holders as mounting it on my car window is illegal as there is no line of sight. I also bought a cell phone holder from Revain. I use English (United States) language - Jill. The volume is loud and clear. Las Vegas requires the map to be updated but they don't give you one. The free lifetime update is most likely a scam as the links don't work and there is no customer support. I'm assuming the built in map is 2017-2018 only. I will refund this if I don't receive the 2020 update within the next week.
