As in many similar reviews, I also came across a defective Bowden connector on the printer side. The problem started (barely) after the return window, but when the extruder started ejecting the adapter, I contacted the seller. They called me back within hours and apologized for the problem and also apologized for not having the part I needed in stock and offered a slightly higher refund than I would have gotten for a replacement from another seller. . I am satisfied with it and would rate the customer service as very good. I just want to point out that the part they let me buy was "E3D -1.75mm Groove Mount Bowden Adapter". So if this happens to someone else, they know what to get. This part is specified (in the listing) which is also suitable for Titan and BMG extruders. The seller did everything right and as soon as I have the spare part I'll be fine, which is good because I like this type of extruder.
